When Ruud Wortelboer joined the company, it grew into a true father-and-son business, and the focus shifted to anchors and chain cables. We began in Rotterdam, at the Eemhavenstraat and moved to the Quarantaineweg in the early s, where we are still based today. A yard of , m², filled with anchors, chain cables and everything that comes with it. Today, the next generation is at the helm, and we are still very much a family business. From selecting certified materials to assembly and welding, it has been produced with great care and attention to detail. The anchor, together with chains and components, will be transported to the client using trucks. A great project we are proud of! — Wat een gigant! ️ Bij Wortelboer zijn we de trotse eigenaar van het enige echte POOL TW anker. Met een gewicht van maar liefst . kg is dit monster te vergelijken met ongeveer vier olifanten! Van het selecteren van gecertificeerd materiaal tot het samenstellen en lassen: het is met zorg en oog voor detail geproduceerd. Uiteindelijk gaat dit anker, samen met kettingen en componenten, verdeeld over vrachtwagens richting de klant. Een mooi project waar we trots op zijn!
