It’s a varied role that suits him perfectly: there’s always something going on, and no two days are the same. “I’m excited to keep learning, gain new experience, and eventually work independently.” What has stood out to him most so far about working at Wortelboer? “Team spirit! Even when it’s busy, communication remains strong and there’s always room for a bit of fun.” We’re happy to have you on board, Francesco! — Ontmoet Francesco, onze nieuwe technisch loodsmedewerker! ️ Samen met zijn collega’s zorgt hij ervoor dat alle orders worden klaargemaakt en de ankers en kettingen perfect worden gemonteerd.
